To provide in-game support to all customers.
To plan and execute in-game events.
To provide periodic reporting to immediate supervisors on all internal products related issue.
Responsible in the testing and evaluation of all product related content.
To moderate assigned product forums and investigate game hacks and provide preventive solutions.
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
Has passion for the online games industry
Familiar with computer and internet usage.
Possess working experience in the related field at less 1 year is an added advantage.
Able to speak and write in English & Chinese is an added advantage.
Must be able to work under pressure.
A team Player.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is an added advantage.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Possess good communication skills.
Problem solving skills and high level of creativity on the job are essential.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives.
IT skills (Good to have) :
HTML / Web Scripting for basic web codings
Basic knowledge of Programming to understand terms and easier communication with Game developers
Good knowledge on Excel and Power point for reporting and presentations
