Responsibilities:

·         Manage daily task and meet SLA targets

·         Handle inbound and outbound calls

·         Attend to inbound enquiries, request and feedback received via email and chat

·         Good follow up skills

·         Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customer

·         Enthusiastic, self-motivated and customer focused

Requirements:

·         Min SPM/STPM/Diploma in any discipline

·         Good command of written and spoken English

·         Knowledge of other foreign languages and local dialects is an added advantage

·         6 months to 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or Customer Support and/or Live Chat Support.

·         4-day work week

·         Willing to work on weekends / public holidays

·         Shift hours: 8.30am-8.30pm, 8.30pm-8.30am

·         Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Words

·         Good typing speed (min 40 wpm)

·         Can Start work immediately is an added advantage

·         Full time positions available
